A useful site visit starts with clear questions. If you are exploring a SCO plot or booth at Aetro Square, use your visit to understand the location, the specific unit and the current development status.

Find the project

Aetro Square is on Landran–Banur Road, along the Bharatmala Expressway, opposite SUS College, Tangori, Mohali. Ask the site team for the Google Maps pin before travelling.

Review the approved layout

Ask Sunil, the Site Manager, to show the plot or booth on the approved layout. Current SCO options include 16 feet 6 inches × 66 feet, 16 feet 6 inches × 76 feet, and 22 feet × 115 feet. The standard booth size is 10 feet × 35 feet. Some dimensions vary by unit; check the specific plot rather than relying only on a general size list.

Understand what is planned

The project is under development. Parking, security, washrooms, water supply, fire safety and maintenance are planned facilities. Ask which works have been completed and what remains. Renderings illustrate the proposed market, so compare them with the actual site and approved documents.

Confirm project information

Aetro Square covers 4 acres, with 43 SCO plots and 18 booths. It is owned and developed by Solty Infra under the Aetro Group brand. The project RERA number is PBRERA-SAS81-PC0276, and expected possession/completion is 31 March 2027. Ask for the relevant project and unit documents during your visit.
